The below Terms & Conditions apply to all Sian T. Photography Sessions

Personal Data

Your personal data is managed in line with our Privacy Policy

Included in the price

Your package includes photography time, basic post-processing (retouching) and up to 1 hour of travel plus print and/or digital images depending on your package

Additional prints and digital images over and above those included in your package must be purchased separately.

Additional retouching will be charged separately.

Postage and packaging may be payable on purchased print products as necessary

Timing

Your gallery of proof photos will be emailed to you no more than 30 days after the date of your session.

Your chosen images will be delivered to you no more than 30 days after we receive your order.

We will keep your images on file for 6 months from the date of your shoot, after which they may be deleted

How you are permitted to use your images

Proof photos are provided for review and selection only. They will be watermarked and although you may share a link to the proof gallery, the images may not be used for any other purpose.

Unless contracted otherwise, you are granted a license to use any final digital or print images purchased from the shoot for an unlimited period. This includes making and displaying prints, sharing on personal social media and websites.

Unless contracted otherwise, Sian T. Photography retains all copyrights attached to all images. As such, sale and/or redistribution of print or digital images and use for other financial gain is prohibited.

Liability

You as the client, indemnify and hold harmless Sian T. Photography (Sian Tyrrell) against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses stemming from a breach of these terms, the use of the images, the licensees failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of the images, or any claim by a third party related to the use of the images.

You as the client, indemnify and hold harmless Sian T. Photography (Sian Tyrrell) for any liability, damage, or loss related to technological failure, including data loss. 

You as the client, indemnify and hold harmless Sian T. Photography (Sian Tyrrell) harmless for any personal injury which may occur as you or anyone taking part in your session, poses and works with them. You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of all those participating in your session.

Warranty

All images are provided “as is” with no warranty regarding the suitability of the image for any purpose.

Payment Terms

In most cases you will be required to pay in full for your package in advance of your session and for any additional products and services at the time of ordering.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

If you wish to reschedule your session the following terms apply;

Where 14 days or more notice is given, no additional charge is made

Where less than 14 days notice is given, an additional charge of £50 is due

If you wish to cancel your session the following terms apply;

Where 14 days or more notice is given, the session fee will be refunded minus a £50 administration charge

Where less than 14 days notice is given no refund is given

Weather and Illness

If the session must be postponed due to poor weather, because the photographer is unavailable due to illness, or because someone in your group is unwell, the session will be rescheduled to the next available suitable date at no charge.
